Built around a small menu, considered design, and an editorial register, it has become a daily destination for locals and a touchstone for visitors. We expand only where the team and the place are right.

Roll Call sits inside the Rodara hospitality cluster alongside The Annum and Bumi Studio — three ventures that draw on the same operating discipline, deployed across three different markets.

The Annum is the family's answer to a quieter question: what does a year — properly lived — look like? Twelve-month residencies across our villa programme, designed for families seeking the depth that comes only from staying put. The Annum holds the hospitality programming; Bumi Studio holds the built environment.

Each year is curated rather than booked. Households are matched to villas, to neighbours, to schools, and to the rhythm of the year. A small register, deliberately narrow.

Bumi Studio designs and develops villas in the Cepaka–Cemagi corridor — the quieter, more agricultural side of Bali's western coast. Each villa is built to host the family first and the Annum guests second, with the architectural discipline you would expect from a private programme rather than a developer.

Long land tenure, restrained materials, a small number of finished projects each year. We build at the pace of the corridor.

Rodara Property is the family's long-hold property division. Three programme lines: modular housing typology built for repeatable quality, hospitality assets that complement Roll Call and The Annum, and long-hold land in Otago and the Gold Coast for the next generation.

The thesis is simple: own the dirt, build properly, and hold until the cycle reaches across multiple generations. Property is the load-bearing wall in a family enterprise.

A hat-led luxury wardrobe brand drawing on two decades in New Zealand premium manufacturing.

Wooly Bugger is the family's wardrobe venture — a hat-led luxury label rooted in two decades of New Zealand premium manufacturing (BONZ, KONZ, and the wider Christchurch wool trade). Production stays in New Zealand. Distribution will be slow and deliberate.

The first releases focus on a small number of pieces designed to be kept, not seasonally refreshed.
