01Co-investment

By invitation.
Long-horizon only.

We did not build Rodara Capital to raise capital. Almost everything we deploy is our own — and we prefer it that way. When the scale of an opportunity calls for partners, a small register of co-investors join us.

02The vehicle

Conventional structure. Conservative discipline.

The vehicle is a New Zealand Portfolio Investment Entity (PIE), NZD-denominated, registered in New Zealand. Supervised by an independent trustee and custodian (Public Trust), audited annually by EY, administered by Adminis.

It exists to give the family a long-horizon co-investment register. It does not exist to maximise inflows. The register is intentionally narrow, the cadence is unhurried, and the terms — fee, distribution, reporting — are the ones we would want to receive ourselves.

03At a glance

The structure in nine lines.

A conventional vehicle, run with conservative discipline and external supervision. Nine lines, no surprises.
